About Michelle
In 2013, Michelle faced a life-changing diagnosis—a benign brain tumor that led to surgery, facial nerve recovery, single-sided deafness, and chronic tinnitus. This "speed bump" taught her that true wellbeing comes not from pushing harder, but from small, sustainable habits that nurture both mind and body.
Now a Certified Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health Coach, she created The Calm System to guide others through overwhelm toward balance and resilience using her holistic approach.
